What Enty forgot to mention about the ShamWow is that it was mainly Harvey’s idea and not Benedict’s. Harvey bought TIG distro rights, BC was part of the package and we know how HW does Oscar promos. We heard that BC left in tears after an initial meeting with HW regarding TIG. Why? Because HW must have told BC that he had to do a fauxmance and you didn’t say No to him. People who did got blackballed and worse. The socialite BC was dating ATT was none other than Kinvara Balfour but HW didn’t approve of her so she had to go. It seems like HW wanted to get SoFail off his back after she tried to blackmail him too and so he threw her at BC. SoFail gets publicity after BC does not so much because of any ‘deal’ but because if he doesn’t give it to her she starts smearing him in the press. I mean we’ve seen her do that more times than I can count! We also know that she can’t get pregnant because she’s a RL Rebecca and that she’s lied about everything. He did get the part about Eddie being extremely thirsty correct but it was unfair of him to put BC on the same level given their individual circumstances.

I feel I must say the following. I’m not blaming anyone in particular. I dont have enuf information to consider causal events. I know this: Mr Cumberbatch is highly agitated/anxious to the point where he will start doing and/or saying things that others find inappropriate, trying to release and communicate his fears and looking for someone to intervene. If Disney doesnt either medicate him aggressively and remove him from the present circumstances, or relieve the source of the anxiety completely, he will decompensate into psychosis. My guess (and it is a guess) is that he requires time, treatment and therapy. Imo he is right on the edge. If Disney has mental health consultants, they need to step in quickly. I’m assuming ur hoping he’ll hold it together for the premieres. Some people do not fully recover from a psychotic condition. I’m speaking as a psychiatric nurse. Watching this man decompensate, for me, is excrutiating. Something needs to be done.

I’m overwhelmed by the irony when I consider the fact that UTA etc put a fauxmance noose around BC’s neck in order to get rid of Uberstans like her. Instead their brilyunt plan had the exact opposite effect, they clung more than ever and sided with his worst enemy. The added bonus is that he’s now wasting away into nothing!
