Also, I’d say UTA is there because of SM, not because of BC personally (agents aren’t managers). UTA has a film department that helps smaller production companies negotiate deals and they’ve been pretty successful, helping to close films like “I, Tonya” and CBMYN, and also–yep–Ironbark.
