Nice try PR but that’s not what we’re seeing or hearing from insiders. The noms are for Patrick Melrose, which was good but so far that’s one hit and three misses. Not a great track record for SM or him I’m afraid. Current War = DOA, ACiT = meh, Brexit = no bueno. His demeanor, indeed his acting was so much more vibrant before, that spark is being extinguished and he seems to be wasting away before our very eyes. The first DS2 article mentioned a 12 million payday, now it’s down to 9.6 and counting. It’s not a certainty either at this point because let’s face it, the recent circus in Venice was bad enough to make the Rat rethink keeping him onboard. Who the fuck wants to deal with the ShamWow?
