Re: fake birth certificates. Here in India fraud is a part of everyday life. The number of people you have to bribe just to get a driving permit, for example, or a place for your child in the best local school. There is a good article in The Guardian about it. I imagine in the UK it would be a bit more difficult and more expensive, but I’m sure someone as criminally well connected as SH could manage it.
