Two thoughts about the Spacey track: If he wanted to harm Ben’s career, it didn’t work in the long run bc if he nails Phil Burbank, and he will, nominations will be guaranteed. He destroyed his private life, though. And, if this Spacey bastard is above the law and kills for personal revenge, why doesn’t Ben invest in a private team of investigators to convict him? Better than living in fear.
Because Spacey has some very powerful “friends”. Friends bigger than Disney. And if no one else has been able to bring Spacey to justice, what makes you think BC could do it (and not end up dead)?
