Shrimp Aguachile

Ingredients :

10 Shrimps

½ Cup Citrus Soy Sauce

¼ Red Onion, small dice

½ Persian Cucumber, small dice

¼ Large Tomato, small dice

2 Serrano, chopped (no seeds)

Pinch Salt and Pepper

1 Teaspoon Cilantro, chopped

¼ Teaspoon Aleppo Pepper

2 Teaspoons Tabasco

1 Flour Tortilla, quarter cut

Directions :

  1. For tortilla chips, cut flour tortilla into 4 triangle shaped wedges, and fry until golden brown. Don’t forget to season with salt.
  2. In a bowl mix shrimps, citrus soy sauce, red onion, cucumber, tomato, and Serrano.
  3. Season the shrimp mixture from step 2, and transfer to serving plate.
  4. Sprinkle cilantro, Aleppo pepper, and finally, drizzle with Tabasco.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy.
