Shrimp Aguachile
Ingredients :
10 Shrimps
½ Cup Citrus Soy Sauce
¼ Red Onion, small dice
½ Persian Cucumber, small dice
¼ Large Tomato, small dice
2 Serrano, chopped (no seeds)
Pinch Salt and Pepper
1 Teaspoon Cilantro, chopped
¼ Teaspoon Aleppo Pepper
2 Teaspoons Tabasco
1 Flour Tortilla, quarter cut
Directions :
- For tortilla chips, cut flour tortilla into 4 triangle shaped wedges, and fry until golden brown. Don’t forget to season with salt.
- In a bowl mix shrimps, citrus soy sauce, red onion, cucumber, tomato, and Serrano.
- Season the shrimp mixture from step 2, and transfer to serving plate.
- Sprinkle cilantro, Aleppo pepper, and finally, drizzle with Tabasco.
- Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy.
