Look at his close ups. The skin of his face is basically blurred out, but around the glasses you can see normal pores. They didn’t want to edit too close to the glasses because it’s a little harder to do and if it’s not done right the glasses will get warped or smudged out. Look close and you can see where they stopped blurring his skin.
