Heard this from someone who knows the family he’s got in NY and I’m pretty sure it’s legit.
He’s mentally ill, sees a shrink regularly, is on meds and can’t handle the Weinstein ride.
Good ole Harvey W. will leak Cumberbatch’s mental issues all over the press for ‘sympathy’ votes if the actor doesn’t pony up but the dude is falling apart.
His family may just get it out there themselves because his career won’t matter if he’s nuts.
The best part of the story was someone telling Weinstein the actor is losing his mind only to have Harvey crack a joke about suicides working wonders for Oscar wins.
And by best I mean I was pretty grossed out but not surprised.

We heard about that before, someone even leaked the name of his therapist. HW and SH studied BC well, they knew how to break him down and his health problems (EDS and EBDs) made him the perfect target. Didn’t I say these people were evil to the core? I’d like to remind everyone that Vicky Cornell tried to make herself look innocent by blaming her husband’s death on Ativan. I cannot stress this enough; BC needs extra help to get out of the potentially life-threatening setup he’s in ASAP. I’d also like to add that he should do what Carrie Fisher did by becoming an advocate for mental health. Plenty of people have ‘issues’ Ben, it’s nothing scandalous…
