There’d be nothing more likely to cement his posh-boy status than being in one of those awful class based British romcoms (a la Hugh Grant). Comedy wise he’d be far better working with someone like Chris Morris (again) in a biting satire or Robert Carlyle on a low budget regional comedy.

I have to say I’m a sucker for Hugh Grant rom coms.

If you want unconventional though, perhaps “Man Up” is more to your liking?

I would personally like to see him in a Judd Apatow comedy. Maybe the usual gang could use a British sidekick?

A “Flashman” movie. British period drama: check, satire: check, leading man role: check. It’s got everything BC needs to relaunch his career post-ShamWow if it is adapted properly. It even makes fun of posh people, boarding school…
