Except they don’t, you illiterate idiot. Go back and read the PSA, neither N95 nor cloth masks trap the viral particles that infected people breathe out. That’s how transmission occurs! Surgical masks only have limited effectivity for a grand total of 20-30 minutes outside of a sterile environment.
