Here’s another thing to ponder: if a US citizen sets out to fool a royal country, i.e., by faking a pregnancy, wouldn’t charges be set against same citizen? Especially if two Heads of State agreed to allow that US citizen to play out the ploy in order to trap other players? There are many layers to this scheme.
