The “unmasking” requests made under Obama were perfectly legal. The Trump administration have made tens of thousands of them over the last 4 years. What is illegal, is for a civilian not working for the government to make deals with foreign governments regarding foreign policies and then lie about it. That’s what Flynn did. If anyone deserves to go to jail, it’s him. Trump ought to follow him soon.

Except the unmasking requests were made prior to Flynn’s call with Kislyak. They later claimed that was what supposedly prompted them. They’ve been caught telling another lie so if anyone’s going to jail it’s them:
