Gatorfish, which “other” countries are you talking about? All drugs can kill if they are overdosed. Dr. Fauci himself is saying “It might help but … we need more time …” We have NO time. If the French are being quicker and more officiant in developing the cure, the FDA in the US should have followed their example.
