I’ve seen my fair share of female nepotism in academia etc. and it can be just as bad as the old boys club. Mostly incompetent but well-to-do white women who lord over others with their superiority complex and PC labels. While I believe that women should be as academically well prepared as men, standards should not be lowered across to board to give them a leg up. If they cannot make the grade in a particular field then have them try something else. The sexes are equal but possess different innate qualities, as a female southpaw my brain is rather masculine but that isn’t the case for most women. I’ve studied the biological basis of gender BTW. Unless a child is born with an intersex condition people should stop forcing ‘gender fluidity’ on them, it’s madness. The social engineers pushing this whole agenda do not have their best interests at heart, quite the opposite…
