The sad truth is that organ trafficking is very lucrative and some criminal orgs specialize in it. You also have to wonder why anyone would bother using refrigerated trucks to smuggle bodies (mainly of kids) after their organs are harvested. Aside from selling them on the black market for research purposes there have been enough accounts of moneyed clients who eat human flesh.
