confusion re: selling pics to the media – pics are sold by the paps to agencies that then sell to the media – MM has her company K and C or her pr firm call the pap and arrange for the pic but she is not selling the pic – it is pap – agency – media. She was parading in front of DM hoping to get papped and she was by a DM staffer. The Sun pics from the theater were taken by 1/2

(part 1) yes abut at the time she was working with DM. K&C was her talent management agency but those pics of her last November where from the DM because she organised DM to take those pics on that day.
