Ben doing advertising is an old image. Didn’t he have the contract with Jaguar before he met SH? And then there was that job as a Spencer Hart clothes hanger. So many times when he stood like a mannequin for no reason. He’s gone full-bore with the shilling since SH, but it was an old habit already.
It was different though. He was a hired and promoted spokesperson for those brands. He wasn’t going around having articles written, using product placement in a sneaky fashion.
