Honestly, I don’t think Zero pull pregnancy #2 on her own. I think it was Disney’s idea. They wanted to “legitimize” the marriage and shut down any skeptic theories before a divorce/annulment to make it all look like it was real from the beginning. The attitude being, yes one fake, but TWO? Impossible. No one would dare try such a thing. Therefore, marriage real, if not the true love fairy tale PR was trying to shove down everyone’s throats at the beginning of this debacle.
If she had pulled it on her own, BC would have been more visibly upset like he was for preg1 and she would have been a lot more smug. Both have been pretty subdued this time around. They did use preg2 for some DS promo but it wasn’t anything like they did for TIG.
The lawyers got their grips in her and likely threatened to bury her if she didn’t cooperate with her own exit. Probably getting a little pay out but not much since the lawyers were throwing lawsuits and/or jail time at her.
She may want to go out with a firestorm but her own lawyers will talk her out of it. She’d likely lose any money they agreed upon if she causes a problem. The rat knows how to go for the jugular, and I doubt they’d show her the slightest mercy given what she’d done.

I don’t think it was the Rat’s idea. I think she knew she was about to get dumped and tried it again, but the Rat used it to their advantage. And I don’t think she will be shown any mercy after defying Disney twice.
I think whatever she’s on is screwing with her long term memory. She can’t remember that it didn’t work the first time. Then she has another delirium fueled “Eureka” moment and does it again…and fails ad infinitum.
