I don’t want to call you deluded, but just try to apply some logic here. Skeptics have been predicting THE END™ for over a year now and keep changing the date with a desperation that is bordering mania. Fake babies, so called articles, etc etc. if the only people who see all of that is a small group of upset fans, then after 2y it’s healthy to face the unpleasant truth that this is real. Do yourself a favour and move on with your life cause this is an obsession.

annashipper:

I don’t want to call you deluded either Nonny, but this is not a small group of upset fans.  A great number of actual fans of Ben have walked away from the skeptical community because they couldn’t subject themselves to the fuckery anymore and have lost tons of respect for the man.

This is now a large group of people with eyes that are not even necessarily fans of Ben’s work and ended up following Skeptics’ blogs because they noticed just how fucked up this showmance is, or they read Ben’s interview on Vanity Fair and wanted to know what he was talking about when he decided to inform the world his family is not a PR stunt.  Yes.  That happened.

The amount of fuckery and weirdness is astounding and the fact that Ben has lost his grip on what looks realistic doesn’t affect our skepticism.  If anything, it bolsters it.

Since you’re so keen on giving me and other Skeptics advice, here’s one from me to you:

Google how normal pregnancies progress and come back to me with an argument that will support the notion that Weirdo kept inflating / deflating / inflating / deflating / inflating throughout her first pregnancy before her belly stopped growing altogether during the last trimester of her carrying Pilo to term.  Then find another argument that will support the notion that she again inflated / deflated / inflated / deflated during the past 2 months that she’s been pregnant with Pilomena.  Finally, find one last argument that will support the notion that Weirdo is such a medical miracle that she is the only woman in the world who’s pregnant with two bellies that look like she’s wearing a fat suit backwards.

As for the end of the showmance?  If Ben were smart enough to realise what this is doing for his image, he’d be running for the hills.  But even the hills have eyes…

PR is that you? Sorry to disappoint you but we’re not going anywhere. I’d be worried more about the media if I were you, they are notoriously fickle. If you thought repeating the same mistakes was going to make this farce look real? You don’t only fail at making your client look good but at gaslighting as well…
