This is the Lord who is sponsoring JD’s MT concert. Given his views I can’t imagine he’d be too happy about having the likes of BC onboard. It’s obvious that some people are being left out of the loop on purpose…

Whistles….

😂😂😂

Let’s not get carried away and spread misinformation, shall we?

Here is the rest of that speech:

I come to terrorism, with which I shall deal briefly because it is controversial. This has been my subject for 20 years. As it is controversial, I will provide just a few facts, which I know your Lordships know. Currently, there are 2.5 million Muslims in this country who are as loyal and law-abiding as we are, but there are some 100,000 Muslims who are inclined to a greater or lesser extent towards the terrorist cause. Our task, as I see it, is to win them over and keep them to our way of life and our way of thinking. This will take a very long time, probably a generation, as was the case with Irish terrorism. In the mean time, whatever we do, we must not alienate those 100,000 Muslims. We must try to keep them on our side.

For those interested in facts and not in a tiny excerpt of a parliament speech that will rile everyone up against Lord Lloyd of Berwick, you can look him up here:

Lord (Anthony) Lloyd of Berwick

Eton scholar, first class honours in classics and law, Cambridge. Viewed as a non-interventionist “conservative”, but not all his interpretations necessarily yield “conservative” results. In a leading case involving Gloucestershire County Council’s duty under the 1970 Disabled Persons Act to provide home care needed by disabled people, three of the five on the panel said the duty could be circumscribed by the council’s lack of resources. But the supposedly “conservative” Lord Lloyd delivered a passionate dissenting opinion.

You can read a list of his votes in parliament here.

Except it isn’t misinformation but a simple statement of fact. Lord Lloyd is a Conservative whose views are, for the most part, in keeping with those of his party. BC has openly mocked the Tories and has made himself into a poster boy for the Liberal agenda. I don’t want to have to trawl for quotes to prove my point.
