Actually any case or prosecution wouldn’t be up to BC. If there was criminality the state would prosecute whoever the criminal was. But there isn’t an investigation or a case because there was no crime – I work in the field and believe me if anyone was even thinking about a case we’d know. It’d have been all over the grapevine.

He’d have to file a complaint with the GRO himself and for the record there was a crime committed. More than one actually, there is sufficient evidence of that. Last time I checked fraud, bribery, drug trafficking and possession were crimes in most jurisdictions so don’t give me this nonsense. People with money and connections often get away with murder, sometimes quite literally.
