BC is not known to be like this by himself. In the three incidents I know about he was trying to stick up for someone else who played the victim. He really needs to stop and think if his friend etc. is right before going all White Knight on employees. Cagey people manipulate you to get you to fight with others on their behalf so that they don’t have to. Fuck that! I refuse to get involved unless I know for a fact the person is telling the truth and they can’t resolve the matter by themselves.
