Trust me, I am side-eyeing BC like hell right now. He’s not a bad person but he’s a proven liar that takes the heat off of himself with strategic slacktivism. That said I hope the majority of the donations really do go to save the children. I remember that only 12% of the total aid destined for Haiti ever made it so I am not optimistic. With Europe in full recession and even more Syrians being displaced something’s going to give. I know how the business of ‘non-profits’ and war profiteering works.
