In a recent interview they said the big bad was a ‘he’. That rules out Karnilla, Hela and Amora, even though they could still appear as secondary villains. I’m willing to bet it is this guy:
I hope the movie version isn’t too much like Prince Nuada. Anyone familiar with the comics knows that they are vastly different characters but try telling that to the general audience.
