It’s rather sad and what makes it even sadder is that Benedict is being reduced to playing a clown in the Fail to sell a dead horse. He won’t make it in one piece to DS2 promo at this rate. Maybe the Rat plans on letting him have a Britney Spears style breakdown for sympathy points before finally stopping his PR nosedive?

Yeah, he keeps running into problems precisely because he thinks he always knows better (he doesn’t) and ignores sound advice! Remember how months ago I called the Current War an old lemon that was irreparably tainted by HarveyGate? That it was best to get it out there as cheaply and quickly as possible to focus on Ironbark instead? I was just being honest and looking at things from a business standpoint. I presume they’re in Cannes to promote that old lemon? Adam’s got a big head alright but definitely not for business…at least not of the honest kind. Even with extensive editing it’s clear that TCW is no Oscar contender. Furthermore it’s tainted by HarveyGate and there is little that they can do to change that. Their best bet would be to reach a deal with the likes of Amazon or Netflix to recoup their losses ASAP. Focus on getting Ironbark in the can before it too looses momentum…but what do I know 🙄?

If anything Thomas Edison is a poster child for the corporate mindset. Specifically in the manner in which he laid claim to and patented the inventions of his employees. They didn’t argue? It was worse than that, TE’s rivalry with Westinghouse was so great that he used GW’s AC dynamos on the electric chair! So while TE had some admirable qualities he was not a nice person.
So, HW is putting all his money on a lame horse. We know it won’t win and that HW will take it out on BC. HW is like the Donald Trump of the movie biz, a narcissistic manchild, petty and vindictive. BC is done for unless Disney stages a PR and legal intervention. They better get a move on…

This isn’t the first time I have experienced racism at these advance screenings and these companies make it a point to weed out people based on the color of their skin.”
