Yeah. Sigh. And look, I wouldn’t care if he was in a stable situation. But he isn’t. It almost seems like he’s going overboard with this to make up for the sham. But it won’t make him feel better. All the Buddhist introspection and changes to diet in the world won’t fix the hole in his soul from living this lie. It just won’t. The only way to truly make amends and truly make himself feel better is to let go of the lie. It’s easy to say, but hard to do. But he will continue to suffer until he sets himself free.
