Do you believe what Dr. Simone Gold says? I heard so many conflicting views I have no idea what to believe anymore. Many say wearing mask will fight the spread. Gold says the opposite. The death numbers are going up. I don’t know what to do anymore.

I believe that the best approach is to change surgical masks frequently if you are going to wear one, to practice good hygiene, to boost your immune system and to offer a prophylactic regimen to people in high-risk groups.
